Stanford University’s Aden Valencia joins the show after winning the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championship at 149 pounds this past month. The redshirt freshman shares his experience of capturing the title, getting revenge for an earlier loss to Shayne Van Ness, pulling off a come-from-behind victory in the quarterfinals, overcoming a losing streak earlier this year, and choosing Stanford for his own unique reasons. He also reflects on how his friends and family supported him through tough times and challenges over the past few years.
